Requirement
Being in-house team busy with strategy and account management, our client needed immediate support (With less than 10 days of transition) to take care of their operations such as trafficking, QA and troubleshooting technical issues etc.
Our Solution
- Setting up of campaigns across advertiser ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek
- Testing the creative, click through and implementing the Google analytics (UTM) tracker
- Creating and testing pixels (1×1 trackers for impressions/clicks)
- Flood light creation and implementing the same in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Event tags implementation (Implementing fourth party pixels from Atlas etc.)
- Third party tag generation and sharing to respective publisher/agency lists
- Standard, Reach and conversion reports from DCM
- Other reporting activities involve around Sizmek, Socialyse, Facebook, Datorama
- Managing the quality at almost 100% and turn around time of less than 4-8 hours
